PRESIDENT Joseph Estrada may have his ERAPtions but President Arroyo is not
lagging behind with her GLORIAisms.

Among her memorable coinages is "nakakalbong dagat (depleted seas)" during
the 2004 campaign to her "trangkasong ibon (bird flu)" during the campaign
against the bird flu virus in 2005.
